RE: How to print optional fields through crystal reports

Are the fields optional on the report or are the optional in the database/application? If it's the latter, do you know where the data is located in the database?

I want to print optional fields added to item master...

RE: How to print optional fields through crystal reports

If you're using BEx to get the data, those fields would have to be added to the BEx query that you're using. If you're connecting directly to the database, you would have to know where those fields are located and, if necessary, add appropriate tables to your report so that you can get to the data you need. To determine where the data is, you can Google "SAP <optional field>" to find resources that will tell you where to find the data.
