today we just got notified that our voicemail isnt allowing customers to leave messages so i called and the attendant plays a recording option ive never heard of before. ASks to enter an area code and number plus pound key. Ive looked in the web console but all the settings seem to be correct. anyone seen this? Thanks.

RE: Call Pilot 100 - Auto Attend problem

Could have been hacked.
Suggest to get a tech to site asap before you get a nasty Long Distance bill as well to restore and secure programming.

Never use passwords like 1234, that is just dumb on everyone's part user or not.

we found the problem. Seems the service provider (charter) had a system update and all their settings were changed which made their VM system answer before ours had the chance to. Just had them turn theirs off and all is working well again. Thanks for your response though.
