Hi All,
I am newbie to this CS1000 and I would like to raise a question regarding Smile Console Application.
To be honest, I am not aware of this application at all. We have a requirement to install new smile console agent. Can anybody suggest me the steps I should take to accomplish this? What kind of TN I should create for this and How can I connect that to communicate with a PC Application. Please urgent support highly appreciated
