Ugh!! Partner Edition!!

Ugh!! Partner Edition!!

Ugh!! Partner Edition!!

Hello all. System speed dials on Basic Partner Edition do not work sporadically. I monitored what is being sent out to the LEC and see the 1+10 but it seems like the 1 is being lost at times. I get a call can't be completed as dialed recording. If I manually dial the number it goes through 100% of the time. I added an additional 1 in the speed dial number and that seemed to do the trick while I was there testing. Next day, not working. It seems like there is a lag between dialing and what gets sent out.
Anyone ever seen this problem?
Thanks in advance. hairpull

RE: Ugh!! Partner Edition!!

Try putting a pause before the number. P-1-800-555-1212

Putting an extra 1 in front would make it an invalid number 1-1-800-555-1212

RE: Ugh!! Partner Edition!!

Thanks TTT. Can the system speed dials be programmed from x10 or only manager?
