MFIM100 + VMIM can't use

MFIM100 + VMIM can't use

Hi All,

We have extended our MFIM100 with VMIM module as all the channels are used during peak season. The problem is that while the system has recognised the VMIM module and I have loaded all prompts as in internal VSF, the extra channels are not in use so when usage reach 6 channels, there are no more channels available to VM or auto attendant.

They will work fine if I assign the sequence no for the VMIM module under pgm103 (VSF/VMIM GW Slot Seq.)

I have looked throughout admin manual but can't find anything helpful. Also my supplier seem not so familiar with this module in this combination.

Please advise how to set this up so these extra 8 channels add to internal 6 and work transparently.

Thanks in advance!
Jack

RE: MFIM100 + VMIM can't use

Have a look at the zone programming in PGM 439, there you can assign more than one
VMIM/VSF sequence to one zone.

That's it. Thanks xs650! Works like a charm!
