I have a CP 1006r release 5.1.3. I have one application that I cannot access. It shows locked and I get the pop up box that says it is locked if opened it cannot be recovered from another copy. When I hit ok another box, which I have never seen before pops up, " File has an invalid version number ". I searched Ayava but could not find this exact issue. I do have the latest AppBuilder and use it all the time. This app was locked while I was on vacation by another tech.
I did try the C:\Avaya\CallPilot\AppBuilder\uprog and deleted the files but that did not work.
