Conference Bridge

Conference Bridge

(OP)
I have set up a conference bridge on a UCX450, when you dial into the bridge everything works fine. The issue is when I goto manage the conference in the GUI interface, I can not see any of the calls that are calling into the bridge. Any suggestions before I open a ticket.

RE: Conference Bridge

What UCx release do you have? Have you updated the software recently?

If you have some participants in the conference that are not shown in the GUI, it would likely be a bug - you should contact E-MetroTel support to take a look at it. Seeing no participants on the GUI page at all sounds strange. Do you see there at least local extensions calling into the bridge?

I upgraded the system before I entered this Thread.

I can see the local participants but not the external ones.

I am using a PRI as my trunking and created an Inbound route to directly enter the conference bridge.

RE: Conference Bridge

Can you look at the CDR Report if the caller ID numbers (Source) for the incoming calls that are not shown contain special characters (non-digits - for example + in front of the number). I think there was an issue in the past with this. If you are using release 4, there is a chance the issue was fixed only in 4.5 or newer.

In any case, I think you should report it to E-MetroTel support.

I did look at the CDR report and it did show the correct Caller ID with out special characters.

I will open a ticket with UCX
