Keyboard Delay
Keyboard Delay
(OP)
Windows 10 Pro with Anniversary Update
i7-3770 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz Processor
8GB RAM
240GB Intel SSD 530
Logitech wireless keyboard
When you are typing, at times there is a one or two second delay before the letters/numbers show up on the screen. Seems to be independent of the application - happens in browsers, Quickbooks, notepad. Other times there is negligible delay. Sometimes letters are lost.
The machine was very fast before the anniversary update but can't confirm that the timing of the typing slowness was with the update. It was originally Windows 8, upgraded to Windows 10 and onto the anniversary update.
I disabled Windows Search service, but that wasn't the problem.
Hard drive shows no problem in SSD Toolbox
Cleaned out temp files with CCleaner
Any ideas??

We had customers with MS wireless devices that blue screened the PC with web root running. It was scanning the USB port. They patched it but it was a battle!
