We are Avaya experts who inherited a client with a Vodavi Starplus STS (3500-00). Are having it repaired due to electrical surge, it is not displaying Caller ID. Does any programming have to be done for it to automatically display CallerID? It has a Caller ID Unit (3531-04) and it did display caller ID before it was repaired. We have looked at the manual and don't see anything that might point us in the right direction. Thanks in advance!
