The flag indicating "Diver Down" is also red and white. Waldo is undoubtedly an underwater fan.

The red & whit flag is unofficial but in common use in North America

Nt that it matters much because the bloody Jet skiers ( & from my personal experience many Super Yacht captains as well) don't know what either one means sad
