i have call manager cisco 7 and unity 5
i have two ip phone 7965 with extension panel, configured both line 5001,5002 and 5000 for twice

how to set up autoattendant with those, to have welcome message, transfert with options 0,1...
and where i can find those step by step in net

RE: Help to set up AutoAttendant

Your request is vague. What are you trying to do? If you don't want those phones to ring and have a menu, set up a call forward all to a route point, that goes to an AA in unity connection. From there you can create menu options to process calls.
