Office Serv 7030 DM VMAA Call Routing
Office Serv 7030 DM VMAA Call Routing
(OP)
I have been working with office serv 7030 for a customer. I cannot figure out/remember how the system knows which auto attedant to play at what time. Here is the layout:
2) [MOD 01 Day] Searching on Call Code - AS
2) [MNU Forward Station]
2) [MNU Forward Station] Searching on Forwarding party ID - 524
CP 17:17.31.51 2) Key set to <524>
2) [MNU 800 Trans]
2) [MNU 800 Trans] Searching on Caller entry - 2
How does the system know to send a call from Station group 524 to the MNU 800 trans? What if i wanted that station group to route to a different voicemail block? Where would i go to change it?

Co trunks 701-704 rings sta grp 521 during ring plan 2(business hours)
Sta grp 521 overflows to Sta grp 529 (voicemail) which sends the call to my VM ports 390-391.
How do i know that, when a call hits VM port 390, it is being routed to the correct menu? I need it to hit day main auto attendant. How can i look in the DM software to ensure that what i need is what is happening?
