I haven't worked on a Partner for several years. I'm having trouble setting up the voicemail for extension 10. When I call the extension, it'll ring and the greeting plays. I'm not getting the beep to leave a message, it disconnects on me. Can someone help refresh my memory on what needs to be done.

log into the mailbox and check if it is set to answer only mode instead of record mode.
