Voice call F66 works fine unless the called party is busy. If the called party is busy the calling parties display reads "Wrong Number" briefly, then changes to "Busy" and returns a busy signal.

Any way to get rid of the "Wrong Number"? This is confusing the end users.

Appreciate the help.

This sounds like a bug - I doubt there is a configuration change that could solve your issue. You should open a ticket with E-MetroTel.

Yea, I am kind of thinking the same thing but thought I would drop it out here first.

What release of UCx software do you have (4.0 or 4.5)? When did you update the system the last time? Maybe an update could help...

It's Release 4.5. Just installed this weekend and it was updated then.

Update! Per EMT Support this problem was resolved in an update. I did another update and the problem was resolved.
