Nocive CP admin question

(OP)
Can a Call Pilot app be setup to interface to a SQL database? I have a dept that wants to have people call in, enter a PIN, & get their info. I have CP v.5 & Symposium. They also want this system to do out bound calling to people too.

RE: Nocive CP admin question

CallPilot cannot do this but it's possible with Symposium.
The Host Data Exchange API can be used to communicate with an external database. I think the capability comes with the basic Symposium or AACC but I have never used it.
Symposium has an Outbound Campaign feature but if you don't have the license then would have to be purchased. Never used that either.
I doubt either would be easy for a novice to set up but you might get more info in the Symposium forum.
