CallPilot stale mailbox audit?

CallPilot stale mailbox audit?

(OP)
CallPilot 1006, release 5. Is there a way to run a stale mailbox audit? I am looking to delete old, non used mailboxes.

RE: CallPilot stale mailbox audit?

in manager open the user search, leave the search at * to pull all users. At bottom click export details, copy the data from the popup and paste into excel. In excel use the text to columns, use delimited with semicolon as the separator. Look at the last login, set a filter to highlight dates older than the limit you decide is cut off.

RE: CallPilot stale mailbox audit?

Be careful though!
Some mailboxes can be very active even if they don't get logged into frequently.
For instance mailboxes with Call Forwarding Rule turned on.

RE: CallPilot stale mailbox audit?

CallPilot reporter can also look this data up for you

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

RE: CallPilot stale mailbox audit?

Under user select user search. Then in search type select advanced search. Then under search criteria select Time of Last Login. For the Operator select Less Than. Enter a date value that is 6 months, 1 year ago, whatever your definition of stale is. Then click search.

As stated above you should be careful in deleting or modifying the mailboxes.

That was perfect! I never knew you could do that. Thanks!
