CLID Info Button on M2000 series telephones?

Is there a way to program a button that will allow you to toggle between name and number on an M2000 set with a display, when connected to the UCx? Right now I have only been able to figure out How to show either number or name, but not both at the same time.

Please see photo below, this is especially irritating when I receive calls that say "wireless" or "Chicago, IL" on the display and I can't view the number. Maybe the first like could be name and second line is the number?

Thanks

I should also explain and clarify, the 6384 next to my friends name in the photo is the incoming DID routing code, I am want to be able to view his 1-713-XXX-XXXX number.

To toggle the Caller ID name and number, just configure a button on the phone to invoke F811 - Caller ID Info.

The name "WIRELESS" is typically sent by a trunk provider (CO) when there is no CallerID number/name available for a call received from a wireless carrier. Due to that, you cannot expect the toggle button (F811) to show you more information for such calls.

Awesome, thank you UCx guy, as always, you are genius, and it worked!

I think I was confused, because I couldn't find the "Caller ID Info" feature listed when trying to auto populate the extensions programmable keys via the GUI. So I entered it in as "other" and it works wonderfully.

Thank you!

Joe
