We have two core switches (Cat 4507 )connected with vss in one data center, and two stacked Cat 3750 at another Data center. the question is can I use VRRP between two data center switches to keep the gateway up in case of failure of one data centers ?

Note: the VTP is configured for 20 VLANs on Cat 4507.

RE: Configure VRRP with VSS Core switches.

So long as a VLAN is bridged across both data centres, then there is no reason you couldn't use VRRP for the routed interface for that VLAN on both data centre cores.
