Hi,

At my work there is an old network installation with a windows server 2008 and a Xerox Workcentre 7232 connected with ethernet. On the windows server 2008 the Xerox is installed in different "versions" A4, A3, A4 duplex, etc.
The printers are shared on the server. The old workstations are running vista business and on those workstations the printers are added without any problem.
Recently a new laptop is bought with windows 10 enterprise on it. When I try to add a printer on the laptop, it finds the different xerox printer versions, but when I try to add them, I get an error #1797.
Anybody get an idea how I can solve this issue?

Kind Regards,

Hans
