Problem with held calls after software update ...

(OP)
This must be my week for weird stuff! I just applied the recent software update that emetrotel rolled out, and now, we're having an issue with held calls on our 1230 sets. When a call comes in, is answered by the receptionist and is put on hold for another person in the office to answer, when the other user picks up the call, the mute button is activated on their phone, and staff are confused when they say something and no one is answering them. Never did this before, so I'm not sure what's up. Anyone else experience this?

Thanks!

RE: Problem with held calls after software update ...

Reported to my distributor Oct 12.

Temp fix

GUI PBX tab
In the Settings group select Nortel Settings and change the
Phone State after Auto-Answer from Muted to Unmuted.
