Anyone managed to get a Nortel/Avaya 1120/1230 Firmware SIP1120e04.00.04.00.bin working on a 3300 Mivoice 7.2

I've managed TFTP the Firmware onto the Phone and to get to enter the Mitels'IP address and then get to the login prompt, assumingly asking for the user id extn number and password which I've set on the Mitel, the phone then comes back with an error "can not resolve proxy" even though its managed to pick up an IP address from the DHCP Scope on the Mitel, flat box no VLANS etc.
