Cisco jabber- Unable to login

I am having cisco jabber 11.0 version running in my site.
I am getting error as "your username and password is incorrect" resulting unable to login for some users.
I have checked the server settings
a.Home Cluster
b.Enable User for Unified CM IM and Presence (Configure IM and Presence in the associated UC Service Profile).

still I am getting this issue.Any help on this?
