Has anyone set up a 2nd dial plan in Unified Messaging for 10 digits while an existing dial plan is 5 or 6 digits? We have a request to add a person's cell number (10 digits) to their 6-digit voicemail box. But I'm being told that a 2nd dial plan is needed in order to add that length of number...possible? How?
