'Observe' feature of M3905 for Monitoring of Outbound Calls

Can anyone help me with tips as to how the 'Observe' feature
of the M3905  phone working with a  Meridian 61C can be used
for monitoring of not only inbound, but also outbound calls.

RE: 'Observe' feature of M3905 for Monitoring of Outbound Calls

Hi,

Using the observe feature for any type of set, if configured correctly will observe any call from that set. Incomming to ACD-DN, incoming to PDN, outgoing from PDN etc. Provided you activate the observe feature you will observe all calls both in and out from that agent.

Regards

matambanadzo,

Could you please elaborate how to configure the observe
feature correctly for M3905? Thank you.
