ERR-068 Active status encountered

(OP)
I have an SLT phone line that for some reason will not kick over to voicemail. Everything is set up properly with EMML. Because we were unable to figure it out we were going to delete the line entirely and attempt to set it up from scratch. We performed DEL FWD, DEL STNAM, and then DEL SLT. However when we do that we receive an error that I am assuming has something to do with the phone line not kicking over into voicemail.

The error is this -
"ERR-068: Active status encountered. CAUSE: The specified station is already assigned to a remote PBX Call Forwarding or Call Forwarding busy/don't answer. RESPONSE: Delete the station from Call Forwarding and reenter this command."

Confused as when we type DEL CFAC from the extension it tells us nothing is there. Also when we type DIS STSV it shows nothing there. Also attempted *30, #30 which is Call Forward from the phone and nothing.

Anyone's help is greatly appreciated.
