Hi there... having some NBX issues and read some responses here but because my software version is pretty outdated a lot of the menu options didn't apply.

Our NBX admin was recently canned and I'm dealing with our ancient system now. We are using v3000 R5 so the menus are pretty dated...

We had someone record a new AA message in a WAV file but I can't for the life of me get it to upload without an error message taking place. I know I also need to change the extension of the default AA message. She was 1208 and I need to change it to 1202 but didn't want to blow up the system.

Goals here are to:
- change the admin mail box #
- replace our default AA

The help text and manual are pretty rough around the edges in terms of fixing this.

Any help is appreciated.
