I replaced the router connected to my UCX this week with a spare I had in stock. Now I cannot access the UCX although it is still working. Computer and Ucx are still on the same network and ip has not changed. Any suggestions?

RE: No access to web interface

RE: No access to web interface

Try powering off the cable modem, dsl modem, or whatever device is ahead of the router.
Power off the router. Power on the modem and when it is up power on the router.
Many ISP's bind the MAC address of the router to their equipment.
Also the devices on the LAN might have to renew their lease

RE: No access to web interface

What do you mean you cannot Access the system.

are you not being presented the login authentication screen???

I tried to ping but it timed out. Same when I enter the ip address. Ucx and gateway are still working as normal I just can access it with this router.
