RE: Open up report in a new window and passing a parameter

I'm very new this and have this java script: ="javascript:void(window.open('http://src-ngreport/Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?Item... &rs:Command=render&Rendering_Provider & http://src-ngreport/Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?Item... & Parameters!Rendering_Provider.Value = & Parameters!Rendering_Provider.Value &','_blank'))". What I have is a main report that uses a multi select parameter (Parameters!Rendering_Provider.Value ) which I want to pass to a secondary report that also has a multi parameter (Parameters!Rendering_Provider.Value ) I can bring the second report up but I'm to able to pass the parameter through. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for your help!
