SIP Providers

We are looking for experiences with SIP providers from planning and implementation to post-install support. Any and all comments are welcome! Thanks.

RE: SIP Providers

May I ask what part of the world are you in?

RE: SIP Providers

RE: SIP Providers

may i ask are you looking to enter the business or are you searching for a provider?

RE: SIP Providers

We are not a provider - we are a customer. We are looking for input/experience with SIP providers as we may be looking to change from our current vendor.

RE: SIP Providers

I've had great luck with VOIP.MS.

RE: SIP Providers

the company i work for is syntelsolutions.com there are many out there. We are NY/NJ HQ so if thats local may be a good fit.

RE: SIP Providers

Please - looking for input how your experiences were when installing your SIP solution from planning and implementation to install and post-install support.

RE: SIP Providers

You get an IP/DNS user name and a password and the web site usually has some protocols depending what phone system you have (you did not mention).
Your support will mostly come from your phone system vendor and not the carrier (line provider).
Your system vendor should be able to assist which carrier to go with too.

You can sign up and test without so much talking to anyone from the carrier.
Try VOIP.MS as a carrier which was suggest by Joe.

Centric is another carrier.....too many to list since its VoIP.

I have tried 4 of them myself and did not require support from any of the carriers.

We take the time to try to answer your questions for free, please return the favor and take the time to answer back and include any resolution you found elsewhere, thanks.
