DX cab map report

DX cab map report

DX cab map report

(OP)
Hi Guys. Looking towards when the Realitis DX is no longer supported by Siemens (2017?), we're getting calls from companies who say they will still be able to maintain the system after that date. I'm being asked to produce a system configuration list (cab map?) - does anyone know the command to list this?

Thanks

Colin

RE: DX cab map report

Hello colin

Log in to the DX via the V.24 programming port or, if running software 6.0 and above, telnet, and input the following command.

LSLT A C

list slot all configured

This will list off what is configured on each slot/shelf, however please bear in mind it will not show the card part code/variant.

If you want to know precisely what card is in each slot down to the part code and revision/firmware then you will have no other choice than to take the front covers of the DX and manually record each card type.

good luck, any questions feel free to ask....

Pablo

Thanks Pablo, I'll give it a go.
