Can I just copy all the wav files from the VM and upload them to the new box?

thanks emtsupport, can you tell me if something is worng with the their wiki site? Because no matter where I try to go it takes me to the Log In screen for the portal instead of to what I'm looking for. Even the site you posted above if I click it I go to the Log In page.

Don't use the link above - try wiki.emetrotel.org or their new site for documentation Link

Thanks, I was at the UCx 4.0 site earlier today and didn't see anything about a new site for 4.5. Oh well that's why I still say that Tek Tips is still the best site for information.
