I have a customer how has a OS7100 or maybe a 7200 telephone system with IP extensions and with PSTM services. For some reason if a call comes in or they make a call, they cannot make or answer a second call. They get a message on the screen of the handset stating no MGI channels available. Has anyone got any ideas. Looking at going to the site in the next two days. Thank you

RE: Office Serv No MGI channels available issue's

The things I would look at first would be how many MGI's the system is licenced for, ans make sure that they are all in the MGI groups.

HI CatOnKeyboard,

I have the client to turn off BGM on all IP handsets and it seems to fix the issues. Thank you for your reply back.
