(OP)
Vodavi STSe with flash voice mail

It has 6 lines

and 7 extensions.

100 -106

Lines 1-4 are assigned to the auto attendant.

Line 5 and 6 are assigned to extension 106 and not to the auto attendant.

I need to know how I can get lines 5 and 6 to automatically go to extension 106 voice mail box after 5 rings, and not to the auto attendant.

RE: STSe flash voice mail . line automatically goes to Mail Box??>

Unassign CO lines from hunt (maybe hunt 450) or vm group (maybe 440) in FL40
Assign CO lines to ring to X106 in same area of FL40
Set 106 to fwd busy/NA to voicemail (likely 440) in FL50
As a safety factor, you could assign VMID 106 to the two CO lines - so that they open the correct mailbox.

The documentation is pretty solid on this system - they're your friend.
Cheers!
