AA phantom ring on hang up

AA phantom ring on hang up

Hello out there. I have a customer running a Nortel cics and a call pilot 100. Everything's going good except.... If someone hangs up in the middle of the AA greeting this one certain extension will ring and when you pick it up you get the tone signifying someone hung up.

Any ideas on what I should check.
Thanks in advance

RE: AA phantom ring on hang up

You have not programmed disconnect supervision. Or, you are not receiving it on the lines that signify the caller has hung up.
