How do I run MRP from scratch. I just joined this company 2 weeks ago. They have been using Macola the last 5 years, but they have been doing it manually. Our IT person is also new in the company. Please help!!

First you need to setup manufacturing calendars, the MRP setup to determine what locations are included in MRP. The item master records must have an order policy code or MRP will not plan them. You should get access to the Exact portal and take video lessons. They are free provided you are current on your annual maintenance.
