hey guys,
i dont know if this has been asked before. but can anyone of you help me with some ideas or direct me to good website were i could get some knowledge on how to Create Secondary/Failover Exchange Server 2013. recntly i have an exchange server 2013 running well in my organisation but my boss has requested me to deploy another exchange server to act as Secondary/Failoverserver so that if anything happen to our primary server the secondary server should pick up.
please help

What you are going to need to do is begin a Google expedition, and I'll give you some valuable search terms to get you started:

"Exchange 2013" "database availability groups"


Since the technology was introduced with Exchange 2010, most articles that cover DAG in Exchange 2010 will also be useful for your project. Here's a decent intro:
