MM AUDIX 80 percent full

MM AUDIX 80 percent full

I am trying to identify why a mailbox is 80 percent full with no messages or greetings. I have come across this in the past where the COS was set to emulate Aria and that caused the deleted messages to stay in the mailbox until removed, but this is not the case in this circumstance. I have checked his mailbox and the system does show a large amount of the box being utilized, but I do not know where.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

RE: MM AUDIX 80 percent full

What are you seeing or hearing that tells you it is 80% full?

If you pull a user report does it show as 0 ? It may also be future delivery messages

Hard to say without seeing or touching it. (must be old age)
