we are using cs1000 7.6 and symposium , and I am trying to figure out how to get the TN to acquire for some new 1140s to be deployed as call center agent sets instead of 1150s?
we now see DN and POS acquired , but I know from examples ive seen in these forums on cs1000 that the TN can actually be acquired which I think would be better for us in our environment; but im unsure how to implement that aspect?
currently in symposium, we enter DN and POS under place...is this where you should enter something different? or is it a setting for system wide?
