Hi everybody:

Need to update httpd and mod_ssl. I have putty, but am not sure what the command syntax is to update these packages. Would someone be so kind to post what needs to be typed in to update these packages? Thanks so much!

You can look at the end of this page for command line instructions:

The command to initiate an update from the admin command line is
sudo yum update 
or if you want to automatically confirm
sudo yum update -y
