Hi, I have setup voicemail forward to outlook2010 as a email, but outlook only receive for any new voicemail, how can I forward a old voicemail to email?
I tried to forward a old vm by a phone (*73) (in order to make it as a new vm), but email can not see the attached old voicemail.

appreciate if anyone can give me a hint.thanks.

Not sure I understand completely but if you have callpilot desktop messenger you can forward it to your own extension and you'll have the attachment.
