I have a web page and when the user loads the page it displays the name attached to the PC - the Control Panel\USER ACCOUNTs info

What have you tried? simply googling "vbscript username" shows me a bunch of viable solutions.

Unless this is related to thread333-1739894: Execute SysWOW64\wscript.exe, then probably not, but you've really provided very few details for anyone to be able to help you.
