Ticket Resolved - ran this code from ASP:

Dim objShell
Dim vbsFile

vbsFile = Server.MapPath("Example.vbs")
Set objShell = Server.CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")

objShell.Run vbsFile

Set objShell = Nothing
