Can I use Transport Rules to change the recipient email ?

(OP)
I am not an Exchnage person but have been given this task as it involves a separate system that I do take care of.

The system sends an email to exchange in the form of From user@xxx.xxx to user@me.com If the end user replies to this email in outlook it goes to user@xxx.xxx What I would like it to do is to go to the users exchange address and not the appliance address.

Is this possible to do only if the message is a reply and not a new message ?

RE: Can I use Transport Rules to change the recipient email ?

I think that you could add a condition that the phrase "re:" has to be in the subject line.
