I want to increase the analog lines in my 3com NBX and acquired a module with 8 ports, as added to my NBX?
Can you help?
Are you sure you have a analog line card? The only part I have ever seen with 8 ports of anything is the hub card (P/N 3C10370). What is the p/n of your module? It will be 3CXXXXXXX.
If you want to add analog lines (lines from the telephone company), get a 3C10114C. Your system must be running at least 4.1 software.
If you want to add analog stations (analog devices like phones, fax, etc.), get a 3C10117C. Your system must be running at least 4.1 software.
Both types of cards offer 4 ports.
