Win98 and MicroHelp calendar control

I am using mhgcal.vbx in my VB3 project and my customers are using this product for months without any problems until recently a new customer try to install our program on new Win98 machine.
The following error occurs evrytime when our program is launch:
Can't load Custom Control DLL: 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MHGCAL.VBX'
So far we try:
- check date, size and version on mhgcal.vbx (OK)
- reinstall program,
- search for another instnce of mhgcal.vbx on his system
- restart computer

Still getting the same error.

Any idea?

RE: Win98 and MicroHelp calendar control

Have you checked the files you need to distribute together with the control? esp. the DLL's and the files that it needs to call.

RE: Win98 and MicroHelp calendar control

Custom controls require a license to use. They are located in the windows\system directory. They are called *.lic. Copy these files to the new computer and it should work.
