Sun T5220 need firmware upgrade on the Power Distribution Board for DVD issue

I have a customer that has a SUN (Oracle) T5220 being used as a Nortel CBM. The DVD is not working and there is a Nortel/GB Bulletin 20120724076 came out in 2012 requiring patch ISO03ONQ to fix a DVD issue on Sun T5220 Platform. The patch was originally made to apply a PLX firmware upgrade on the Power Distribution Board in the Oracle T5220 boxes. I need this patch. Does anyone have this patch that can send it to me?
The other option is the oracle patch. It uses Oxford Firmware Updater and applies the firmware. The file oxford.zip will contain:
Archive: oxford.zip
inflating: oxfd_update.sparc
inflating: oxfd_update.x86
inflating: v1.00.000e.bin
inflating: v1.00.0010.bin

I would have to run the xfd_update.sparc file with the v1.00.0010.bin file . Can anyone help me. I have gone around in circles trying to get it from Oracle since it is not my specific box that I purchased. Thanks for any help.
