I have a 6360 that prints cyan when not called upon to do so, the problem does not occur in the self test, a grey chart sent to the printer will come out blue the same chart sent to another printer comes out grey it's not a driver issue it's a PC issue as 3 different PC's exhibit this issue and i have changed drivers, the developer unit has been changed but the problem persists the firmware is current to the last driver update. printout are fine otherwise. any ideas?
