Search page aesthetic Search page aesthetic ralphonzo (Programmer) (OP) 29 May 14 14:41 Is there some way to edit how the search results page renders? RE: Search page aesthetic jpadie (TechnicalUser) 29 May 14 16:49 you can do anything with wordpress that you can do with php. it does not constrain you at all. that said, it's relatively easy to do what you want within the framework. i'm not sure whether this is exactly the way that i do this but here is a link that looks right: http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Search_Page RE: Search page aesthetic ralphonzo (Programmer) (OP) 29 May 14 17:10 I'm afraid that link doesn't bear fruit. Unfortunately the template dropdown is determined to remain as default. I thought there might be an simple way of sorting this out, as it seems to be a fairly fundamental requirement. I'd better roll my sleeves up. Thanks for the pointer though. RE: Search page aesthetic jpadie (TechnicalUser) 29 May 14 18:21 Then you are not properly naming the template in fhe docbloc.
