Customer has an Audix that is dead, power off and back on, the hard drive light stays solid, there is no life on the monitor when it is powered back on. The good thing is they do have a tape of a backup that was done the night before, but they do not know what version the Audix is. They think it's a Audix Map 5
I'm not sure what my options are, can I install a different drive and restore off the tape or are they screwed without knowing for sure what version they are..?
