Import List to SharePoint 2013

(OP)
I am trying to migrate from Sharepoint 2007 to Sharepont 2013 by exporting out the "Lists" we use in 2007 and importing them to 2013.

I followed the instructions at this link: http://voices.yahoo.com/how-import-export-sharepoi...

... and was able to export out the List and (I think) all the comments and versions... However, when I try and import that to 2013, I get a message stating that this version is from 12.0.10.0 and is different from the current version supported by this version 15.0.0.0

Does anyone know a simple way that I can move lists from 2007 to 2013 and bring all the comments and not just the last one (which is what happens when I export to excel from the GUI.

Thank you
